The top portion of the module displays information for a person. The fields in this section are display only. Field definitions can be found in Person/Org. When the user opens the screen, the first person, in alphabetic order, will be displayed to which the user has been given access.
When the experience form is opened, the bottom portion will display any experience previously entered for the person. The user can add, delete and edit the experience for an individual person from this screen. To enter experience for more than one person on the same incident, see Post Experience. When experience is entered, currency is maintained as appropriate. For more details on how IQSweb implements currency rules, reference the Maintain Currency Program Logic page.
Hint: You must have the incident information entered into the post incidents/experience page PRIOR to adding an individual experience record; otherwise it will not show in the drop down box of available incidents.
You can navigate to another sub-option within the Certifications module by left clicking on the desired tab.
NOTE: Left clicking the mouse on most of the experience column headings will allow the user to sort by that column in ascending or descending order .
Use the vertical scroll bar
on the right of the page to move up and down the page if the list of people
exceeds the page viewing area.
