Existing users can be deleted by a user with the Manager role. When users are deleted from IQSweb, they are marked as deleted users, but remain in the database. You can restore a user that has been deleted.
Left click on the Administration/Maintain Users menu option.
Select the person to which you would like to delete by left clicking on the Drop-down list button and left clicking on the person's name.

A dialog box will appear for you to choose either to delete the user or to not delete.
Note: User records are not actually deleted from the database. They are marked for deletion. Follow the steps below to restore a deleted user.
Left click on the Administration/Maintain Users menu option.
Check the See Deleted Users checkbox to get a list of deleted users.
Select the person to which you would like to restore by left clicking on the Drop-down list button and left clicking on the person's name.
Left click on .
The user will be restored. To see your user, un-check the See Deleted Users checkbox and then select the restored user from the User Name drop-down.
