This report lists the data in the reference table Hazard Types. It displays each hazard code and description. The records are in alphabetic order by Hazard Type. No filters are used for this report.
Place your cursor over Reports and then Reference Data and left click on the sub-option Incident Hazard Types.
The report containing data regarding incident hazard types will then be displayed.
Refer to Report Toolbar for information regarding the use of the toolbar.
