Home Units

Home Units are a list of standard names for organizations or institutions that are used to identify the organization where the person is physically located while not deployed.  The Home Unit is often the same value as the Provider Unit.  However, in some cases an agency may decide to further define a lower level organization within the Provider Unit that more closely represents the persons physical location.  Please consult your IQS manager before utilizing a home unit other than the provider.
