Edit OLA

Organizational Level Access (OLA) can edited for users by users assigned the Manager role.

 

Steps to edit OLA

  1. Left click on the Administration/Maintain User OLA menu option.

  2. Select the person to which you would like to edit their OLA by choosing from the drop-down list.

  3. Find the OLA line  that you would like to edit and left click on the Edit button Edit.

  4. Make the appropriate changes.

  5. Left click on the Update button Update  to save the edited information.

  6. Left click on the Cancel button  Cancel if you do not wish to save.
