Organizational Level Access (OLA) can edited for users by users assigned the Manager role.
Left click on the Administration/Maintain User OLA menu option.
Select the person to which you would like to edit their OLA by choosing from the drop-down list.
Find the OLA line that you would like to edit and left click on the Edit button .
Make the appropriate changes.
Left click on the Update button to save the edited information.
Left click on the Cancel button if you do not wish to save.
